Hi folks I hope you welcome this feedback I purchased from yourselves two signed photographs recently - Avril Lavaigne and Daniel Radcliffe There was a little mix up re the second one which I ordered which had already been sold - however you efficiantly sorted this out and replaced the photo with a better one The presents were for my partners two girls and as they live in Newcastle and I have family in Blackpool we always open their presents early This took place last night and they both ended up in tears it was magical to see The pictrue has been posted on face book with the following message by one of them - happiest person in the world; a signed photo of Avril Lavigne. This has made my christmas!:) Thank you very much for your help - your customer service has been exceptional Have a great Xmas I hope business in the New Year breaks all records for you PH

Hi Sarah, Your probably sick of me right now! Hahaha but thank you so so much, really I can't thank you enough, I have been after seyfried for a while aswell as louisa. My brother is a massive Tom hanks fan and i told him about it and he wanted me to order it straight away! Thanks for the Keira aswell, that's a nice graph you have there. I have met her like eight times in london when she was doing the childrens hour and got some nice stuff out of her but not a 10 x 8 so im very happy! They get a bit funny at theatres signing photos! But I'm so glad gen mem could provide me with one!
