RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please contact us prior to returning anything by phoning us on 0800 7311 227 or 07989 579552 or email us at returns@signed.co.uk.

We need to receive the returned item in the same condition as supplied along with any supporting photography and Certificate of Authenticy within 14 days of the delivery date. Upon safe receipt of the item you can have a full refund, replacement or a credit note if you wish. Your only cost is the return postage, unless of course we have been negligent in some way in which case we'll sort that too.

Heavier items (for example a guitar) or shipping abroad we will deduct the cost of the shipping from the amount we refund you. So to be clear, if you've purchased a photograph, a book or a shirt in the UK, you will be refunded in full. If you've bought a guitar or something that is expensive for us to ship, nationally or internationally, we will deduct the shipping from the amount we refund you.

Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was received, ie the credit/debit card used or by cheque.

We recommend customers return items by Royal Mail's Recorded or Special Delivery service as these methods provide insurance and tracking - check with the Post Office when you send something so you ensure you are sufficiently insured because we cannot refund damaged or lost items. You will need to claim directly from the Post Office if your item is damaged or lost in transit.

Our returns policy excludes any bespoke or specially commissioned items.
